Chilly

It's definitely autumn. It's getting rather chilly. Jumpers, two pairs of socks, and a blanket each - that's how much extra the boys wanted for watching a film on a dreary sunday afternoon.

Been a very difficult day today. Exhaustion from a late night (Bear decided he was going to wake near midnight and shout at me until I took him downstairs for a drink and then carried on shouting until various things had been accomplished)(then woke at 7am), stress from Steve not being here (I don't cope well without him at the best of times), the boys being - well, themselves. Bean is fine, just noisy and non-stop; but Bear is constantly in every drawer and cupboard he can get to open. And has determined that he WILL figure out how to get into the ones he's not managed to open yet. He is obsessed with the volume control on the amp for the tv/computer, and even managed to pull the computer off the shelf yesterday. Felt near breaking point. So so grateful when Steve got in at 11pm, even if I barely saw him before Bear woke up yet again....
