I didn't know bees did this. This one dit id a couple of times, unfortunately this is the most clear shot I have.

I thought it was rather funny to watch

Apparently he uses his middle two legs to do this and keeps standing on the last pair. So far I can't make out what he's doing with his front pair, his 'arms'
