Alphabet man

Found this crazy alphabet sitting man sculpture outside one of the shopping malls today. Not sure what it signifies but thought it looked interesting. Have noticed lots of street art around Almaty, some of it seems permanent and some has been put up for an art festival. I will have to go back in a few weeks (or months ) and see if this one is a temporary or permanent art work.
You can also see the ski jump in the background that was built for the Asian Winter games a few years ago.
