crowning glory

I have had, over the decades, a very strained relationship with dentists but have,in the last year, found E and that has all been changed. Hoo...bloody..ray!!!!
She is all for the best outcome without unnecessary treatments and does not 'charge like a wounded bull', a rarity in my experience.
Better still her rooms are literally at the end of the road.

Today I went in for the crown fitting and we, the entire! staff and me, were not 100% with the shade so I, and crown!!, hot footed it down the road to see Andrew (crown maker) and he agreed it wasn't quite spot on.
So with paintbrush in hand and all sorts of hitech gidgets on the bench it was sorted.
Back in E's rooms we all agreed a great match so it is now cemented in place.

This is A....mad surfer and lego figurine collector!
Very cool and has an equally cool team working wonders to regenerate the mouths of folks like me.

Now THAT is customer service :)
