Don't let him eat cake

My daughter returned from Sri Lanka today where she has been working as a volunteer, teaching English in a village school. It was her birthday while she was away so we had cake to mark her return before she promptly fell asleep.

Or at least some of us had cake - I had to forgo it as I'm on a 24 hour fast ahead of my ileocolonoscopy tomorrow. I suspect there will be a pause in my blipping......
