Smoking pots

A recent law has prohibited smoking in offices so we now have the delight of walking through clouds of smoke on the streets outside offices as smokers congregate to get their nicotine hit. The street cleaners have decided to deal with the increasing numbers of cigarette butts by creating smoker's bins along the street!
