why am i so bad at mondays?

promised myself last monday this monday wouldnt be the same say of unproductivity. oh but it was. slightly better. but still.. mondays and sundays are my days of rest apparently. how to change that i´m not so sure...
did do some reading about liberation theology. now reading the wiki page on it in hope of getting any kind of picture what it was about...

this is a pic of what i used my tomatillos for... unfortunatly gas went out so i had to stop cooking and shove them in a tortilla. nice flavour so will cook with them again... as i didnt exactly go mental today with the cooking of them.. ha. cant wait for the next exciting purchase...
