Squared ORANGE Rainbow Challenge

I thought I'd look up 'Orange' on Wikipedia. In Europe and America, orange is commonly associated with amusement, the unconventional, extroverts, fire, activity, danger, taste and aroma, the autumn season, and Protestantism. In Asia, it is an important symbolic colour of Buddhism and Hinduism It's such a vibrant colour that no wonder it's associated with anything energy-related.

Just about every street in Christchurch has signs or fences in fluoro orange, there are people everywhere in high-viz vests, and I even saw an orange cone sitting on top of a lamp-post in Sumner earlier on - would have loved to see the antics that got it there. Yes, I photographed it, but the image here is more colourful! - I've blipped it before, and called it Gun Barrel Roulette . It's the road down/up Clifton Hill.

It's square for AmblingCamera's Square September, and
Orange, for Horomaka's Rainbow Challenge.

Have you got your red socks ready for tomorrow's Americas Cup racing??
