Day 240 - Somewhere...

...over the rainbow is a pot of gold just for me!

In agony with my knee - I don't think the hopping on the small trampette is doing it any good whatsoever! Bag of frozen peas on it at the moment to try and get the swelling down. By the time I got home from work I could hardly walk! Tonight is the worst it has been :(
