British summer

Well today it rained and it rained and it rained. None stop. What a damp, dreary day. Still, the festival goes on. Credit to those who didn't let it spoil their street performances. Especially, in Dave's eyes, the couple dancing in the rain... the one who was wearing a tiny pink dress and 'accidentally' flashed her bum at him. He hasn't stopped talking about her all day!
