Australian Patience!

Today has been quite full - Tesco delivery and unpacking, baking three cakes (okay, they were only fruit cakes!), cooking lunch, watching tv, sleeping on the settee, and playing this game of so-called Australian Patience, which I've been playing at odd times over the last few days. I don't know if it's just called that, or whether it did originate in Australia! It's the only card game out of many games of patience that I have on my Kindle Fire that I can win. I am sure the others I have tried so far are loaded against me being able to win, as I tried one about 20 times and couldn't win!

I must eat fruit this evening so that I feel healthy as no exercise was taken today. I asked my hubby to go out for a walk with me and he said I must be joking as the weather was so awful - then he went out to the shop and for a walk while I was asleep on the settee!! He said, "Well, I needed to go to the shop and thought I'd do a quick round the block to get some fresh air, but you wouldn't have liked it because it was windy and damp". Hmmph! ;-)
