gimme shelter

Another rainy day, another animal seeking shelter on our porch.
Actually this is Nutkin, and she didn't stay long after she got her peanuts. Busy mom, and all that.
But the finches are fluttering in and out, all puffed up and soggy, complaining quite loudly to anyone who will listen.
I think a hot cuppa and a book are the order of the day for me!
