A half-light day

After all that beautiful weather on Saturday, the outlook changed overnight to wild and windy, with a lot of heavy rain thrown in for good measure.

This is taken on the road down to Portencross, looking across fields, then the golf course, and on to the Clyde. Arran is obscured by clouds.

I've always liked coming down this road, from the sparse, broccoli shaped trees to the view of Arran in better weather.
