Whilst Tigger sleeps

Tigger sleeps, blissfully unaware that we are being overwhelmed by Clematis tangutica "Bill McKenzie".

It is a wonderfully enthusiastic clematis, but needs to be kept under control, a thing I am reluctant to do. However, very soon it will be difficult to get in or out of my house, and I will have to hack it back. But while I can still crawl in, I will let it continue with its ambition to take over the world.
