Yom Kippur

Yom Kippur is probably one of the holiest days in the Jewish calendar! This is the "Day of Atonement" where people of the Jewish faith start a fast on the day before, and do not work, drink, or eat until the following day after sun down.

While I'm not Jewish, one of my Jewish friends "suggested" that I might want to join in by having a having a Lox and Cream Cheese bagel the following evening after sundown, when folks "break the fast" - which I DID!

Lox and cream cheese is one of my favorites, so I promptly went out and sourced all of the the "ingredients" for "Breaking the Fast" on Saturday evening.

I'm already hungry :)
