Streak
First day back running since I've been sick. Plan was to listen carefully and honestly to my body because I definitely don't want to go back there.
So 3 x 3 minute intervals and we will see how I go today. I felt strong and as the timer reached 3 minutes, found myself running along with a huge smile on my face. Lucky we've got no close neighbours ;)
Will see how far I get with at least 30 minutes of something every day. Today would be day 2, lol...
Classic mistake: left my fitbit zip at home! That would be close to 5000 steps lost...but anyway.
