Celebration

We went over to San Jose for the 17th annual Polish Festival at St. Brother Albert Mission. I was hankering for some Polish food, and sampled pierogi, cabbage rolls and hunter's stew, direct hits from my childhood. The Lowiczanie Dance Ensemble, based in San Francisco, provided some lively entertainment. Then for a complete turn around, we drove a couple miles over to Little Saigon to get a coconut drink and buy some rice noodles and tofu for dinner.
