Wet day in London

Just back from a wet walk around London punctuated by a trip to the V&A. This beautiful sculpture called 'Age of Innocence' by Alfred Drury caught my eye.
London has changed so much since I lived here almost thirty years ago. The streets I lived in as a young woman have been flattened and are full of flashy glass offices. Hardly a vestige of what was there remains.
Makes one very aware of the swift passing of time.
