Lecture Hall

This was where I spent today, in the main lecture hall of the National Conference Centre in Hanoi, Vietnam. It is absolutely immense, and has several screens set up around the hall because it is impossible to see the speaker on the main stage clearly. It is a very impressive room, even though I usually speak to my own students one-to-one and at a distance. Quite a difference!
