Tree with maroon/red leaves

I took a photo of this tree because the colour of the leaves were soo autumnal, so different to all the other trees, that it caught my eye. I know the photo isn't great, but I still felt like posting it- perhaps I could take a photo of the tree when it really is autumn and compare?
