Happy Birthday

So my friend decided to organise a surprise party for her hubby Phil. His Birthday is not until Thursday and its not a "special" Birthday but she decided since she doesn't pay him enough attention through out the year she should organise a wee party for this afternoon. It was a lovely surprise for him.
Ann asked me to make a 49ers cake for him subce he is a BIG BIG fan. I've not baked cakes like this for a few good months so asked my friend Karen who has just started her cake baking business to do the honours. Here is the result. I would have not managed to make half as good a cake as this. It looks fantastic. Hopefully it tastes even better. Thanks Karen :)
