We actually followed through our plan from yesterday and took our daughter indoor climbing. It was at Alien Rock 2, which was all bouldering walls. So on the good side, it meant I got to show off my claimed climbing skills to my daughter. On the bad side, it meant I got to show off my actual climbing skills to my daughter. I'm sure her sighs of disappointment could be heard by all the other climbers.

I got to chat to this subject during one of our frequent breaks. It may because he was older than me but was still bagging tough roof climbs, that talking to him gave me some consolation that it's not too late to get my act together. I wanted this look of him studying his next challenge, but given the background it looks more like he was studying a plastic milk bottle.
