Birthday plus 1

Today we celebrated little Rory's 3rd birthday in style (although technically his birthday was yesterday). A child's 3rd birthday is really special as it is the first birthday they understand what the fuss is about and they look forward to it having remembered celebrated other people's birthdays. What better start to the day than to jump out of bed and open some presents? Then to spend the afternoon being showered by presents by some very much loved family members and close friends. Even the horrendous weather couldn't put a dampner on the day.
