Two people

Felt worse for wear today. Audrey was up with the larks (a bit of blackout blind had come away at the window it later transpired!) so I was up with the larks with a pounding head (from yesterday's day drinking at the wedding).

The weather was atrocious so as Angus was at work, Audrey and I watched a lot of Cbeebies (guilt). Audrey was pretty bored, I could tell.

Took this picture yesterday (cheat) and wanted to use it on blip as it is so rare that my husband and I have one of just the two of us. I found it on my phone this morning and it was like looking at a pair of strangers. We have aged so much this past year (that's kids for you) but being at a wedding yesterday was good for us. Listening to all the sentiments and words of wisdom about marriage pulls you up a bit. Makes you look at your own and stop taking it for granted. You think to yourself, we were there once (the altar) with the same hopes, dreams and desires...then life took over. But we are still those two people in love underneath it all.
