Having a super-mare

On the seafront of Weston-super-Mare. There is a version of this ride at Legloand - you are about 30 cm off the ground and go round dead slow. This version first raises you up about 6metres and then goes round at great speed so you are flung out at an angle. I was having a super-nightmare about the ride being unsafe and the chains coming off so my kids would be thrown out at great speed and height into the sea (I may be slightly over-anxious..) so taking photos was a good distraction.
