Life is precious

I came back from a wonderful break we enjoyed seeing family at two weddings and travelled around Norfolk a bit I feel so rested. Sadly on my way home my boss called me to say that one of my work friends had passed away on Friday. She was one of the ladies that used to walk around the lake with me I will really miss her. She was only in her only in her early 50's so if anything it has told me to embrace my life so hopefully that will mean lots of interesting blips for you to look at.
