Exterminate Exterminate

At Snugburys, home of famous ice cream and straw sculptures here and this year's sculpture is to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Dr. Who. When I got up close to the dalek and was just about to take some photos the top half rotated, the lights flashed and it spoke those immortal words ......... "exterminate, exterminate" - frightened me to death!! but it was very impressive. Last year's scupture was to celebrate our Olympics here

By the way, the ice cream dropped in the grass isn't mine - who'd want an ice cream (as delicious as they are here) anyhow on such a dark, damp and dismal day as this??!

Can't grumble though as its been a fabulous weekend starting Friday night with fabulous friends and with particular thanks to fellow blipper and dear friend "bitznblips" whose 200th blip it is today.
