The real 'Chai'!

This is what they sell as 'chai', i.e., 'tea' in roadside cafes in India. It is similar to 'chai tea latte' in Starbucks, although that name doesn't make any sense since 'chai' itself means 'tea'. It is similar to the Royal Milk Tea in Japan. The other important thing to note is the burnt (in a kiln) clay cup in which it is served. These are for use only once.
