Wouldn't it be great to live off the grid?
So you are not beholden to the power companies.
Solar and wind powered house, recycling all your water, triple glazing to enable you to have no heating installed. It keeps the heat in and the cold out.
If only.
But the government would not encourage thus, despite their rhetoric, as they are beholden to the big energy suppliers. Too much tax money coming in.
If they wanted they coil ensued that every new home/ office being built had compulsory solar panels.
Simple.
