Smoked garlic

The French market is in town this weekend. Yesterday I went a bit crazy and bought way too many Italian cakes. Saw this lovely smoked garlic, slept on it, and nipped back this morning to get some. Have googled, will experiment and plan to make smoked garlic soup this evening.
