Rachel in the House-Truck
The weekend has been a very busy one. We have had two days of intensive training organised by the Photographic Society of New Zealand. This training workshop is a precursor to more intensive training for those who want to become fully accredited judges. So we finished up the day feeling pretty well work-shopped out and tired.
Rachel and I then visited family who are resident in an enormous Housetruck in the Brook Valley Holiday Park. My son Alex and daughter-in-law Hannah built this Housetruck over 18 months in our front garden in Blenheim. It is made mostly of re-cycled material and has two pop-out compartments. We enjoyed a barbeque meal with them and other family members and then took a walk in the dark up the Brook Valley to see the glow-worms. That was fun and the glow-worms were quite magical, shining like tiny stars in the banks of the track.
Today’s image shows Rachel tucking into corn chips while Limpet, the Ragdoll kitten, inspects my handbag.
