It poured most of Friday. I had meant to go shopping in preparation for Saturday's visitors but after one look at the weather I decided to catch up with things inside. Wrote emails and did other paperwork in the morning, then did some painting in the afternoon.

Made a very simple risotto for supper - pea with a bit of carrot. Sounds v dull but it was surpringly colourful and tasty
