Well I wandered into the garden about 20 minutes ago looking for flowers to play with and instead found this individual walking round and round this gone over flower head.

I took a load of shots, checked them - not bad - and went back out this time armed with my makeshift flash diffuser. This is highly technical so pay attention! Take one white opaque film cannister. Cut one slot in it - slide it over the onboard flash, bung the lid back on and a tiny bit of masking tape just to hold the lot in place. It makes a wonderful little diffuser!

I've a feeling I'm going to be inspecting the garden at time of night more frequently - they don't half slow down at the end of the day!
