Loving (My new lens!)

Did you know that the depth of field at f/1.2 with a 85mm, at 3.2' (0.9 m), on a full frame 5DIII...is virtually non-existent?!?! (Actually, it about 0.25" (1 cm))

I just got the new lens (Canon 85mm f/1.2 L II) yesterday and HAD to see what a DOF that shallow looked like. I had seen this kind of photo done before, so I thought I would give it a try with the new lens. I have to say, at this distance from the subject, that DOF is just too small. I wound up shooting this at f/1.8 to get the look I was going for. What a lens!!!
