Road Safety

This is without doubt my most dangerous blip to date, and I’m not referring to the wine supplies on the roof of this car.

I was driving home when I spotted the Seat 600. My camera was on the floor behind the driver’s seat, turned off and with a lens cap of course. While driving I manages to fish it up from the floor, but I dropped it into the backseat, out of reach. When the traffic stopped for a few seconds, I got hold of it, got rid of the lens cap, turns it on and shot through the front screen, all with one hand on the steering wheel. As you can see, it wasn’t my compact camera either. Things we do to get that blip!

I may have recruited a new blipper today too. A Dutch Nikon shooter and a father to two!
