Every self respecting university ought to have a quad - this is Sheffield's.

Even more impressive was the cafe called Krebs. Not only is it a great name for a cafe (at least if you are a biochemist) but its actually named after Sir Hans Krebs, Nobel prize winning Professor who worked at Sheffield. Another Nobel prize winning professor at Sheffield was Sir Harry Kroto, who discovered buckminsterfullerene, which has to be the best chemical name ever!
