Muffins.

Today was Pedal for Scotland. 50-odd miles from Glasgow to Edinburgh with the boy. Grand finish in Murrayfield Stadium, great stuff.

Food was provided every 10 miles or so and, at Kirkliston, a mountain of muffins. Not sure I needed quite such a boost with only 8 to go, but it would have been rude not to.

A fun day.
