It took some bottle to do this shot today.

When the weather turns, options change. After a delightful forest walk this morning – this included close views of 7 deer – the rain has set in at least for the night. So – time to relax and explore The Ilkley Brewery. Based in West Yorkshire there are some 23 fine ales available.

Highlighted here are Mary Jane 3.5% - The Mayan 6.5% - and Siberia at 5.9%, with a recipe based on rhubarb – from the Grand Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle of course !
