If we were to count how many minutes we are stopped at pedestrian crossings throughout our lives, I'm sure it would add up to days, weeks or months.

I do like pedestrian crossings and am amazed how they vary from country to country. It amazed me how crossings in Sweden were the same as those in Australia. It amazes me that Scotland has crossings where there is a huge box and a small button to be pressed. The variety is simply astonishing.
