'Bomber Boys'
Not very nice weather-wise but we all got our coats and off we went, even Foxy albeit very reluctantly.
They look good in their 'Bomber' jackets, only made so due to the 'V-Bomber' shoulder patches but they do look good.
Bit of a tradition in our family. Marlane had an Uncle who was lost over Cologne in November 1944 when he was rear gunner in Lancasters and I was stationed at HQ Bomber Command 1966-68. Marlane was born at RAF Finningley, very famous as a Bomber base through WWII and the Cold War years, although she has absolutely no interest in aircraft, can't figure that out at all!
