Critters on Yellow

A lazy backyard blip. I think all those miles of being cooped up in the van always get to me. Seems like it takes me a few days to rebound. Tuckered and tired out.

Tonight was our first night of walleyball (volleyball in a racquetball court.) Since it is an enclosed court, whenever it is hot...the heat from the 7-8 people has no place to go, and the room "steams" up. Tonight was bad, but not as bad as it's been in the past. Sometimes the walls and floors actually sweat...making the footing very treacherous. But...all in all...a good starting night.

These yellow flowers attract a nice mix of bees, butterflies, and moths. Fun to watch, and hard to believe the difference in the size of the bees. From teensy weensy...to giants with "carpet-bags" on their legs.

More chores to do tomorrow. Wedding shower for my daughter on Saturday. Chicken soup to make...groceries to get...shower games to make up.

Just kidding with the last one. Those games give me the shivers.
