At this point it had been raining solid for four hours. Just this pair and yours truly(and my mate Bob) still left in this section of the ground, desperate to see a bit more cricket. Play was officially abandoned for the day about 15mins later.......:-(
On a positive note, as there had been less than 20 overs bowled, we're entitled to claim a 50% refund....
