Mean machines

A meeting of scooter clubs at our local sounded too good a photo opportunity to miss, so met up with Wendles56, Jeanneb53 and Corinthian Column to see the scooters arrive. The scooters eventually arrived in several groups, and the pub was taken over by badge laden men and one or two ladies from different scooter clubs. A chap who appeared to have been one of the organisers said that years ago when they were youths they would all have been fighting each other, but now they meet up at various places around the country to get together and show off their scooters. A much better idea, and it gives everyone a chance to see their machines - some of which have a fantastic array of colours, decals, mirrors galore etc. An interesting night!
