A View from Ravello

The village of Ravello is reached by bus on a quite incredible winding road from Amalfi. The place has in the past inspired writers and composers including D.H Lawrence and Richard Wagner .The views of the Amalfi coast from the Villas Cimbrone and Rufolo are breathtaking and it is easy to see why artists would be inspired by such a place.
