New toys...

...these are splendid. They are called Pacerpoles and they come from a lovely lady in Windermere called Heather Rhodes. The handles are especially angled for comfort and they propel us along a great speed through the vineyards on our dog walks. The idea is to improve you posture, increase your aerobic capability enabling you to walk faster and hopefully more energetically = improved fitness and weight loss! Highly recommended they walk up Macchu Picchu with these don't you know.
