Although I can imagine that it is not that easy to concentrate in a yoga class located in the middle of Trafalgar Square in full view of everyone.

It's a sporting feel for the day, with firstly me struggling to view the rather flexible yoga teacher (oh the struggle...), then watching a couple with their personal trainer exercising down The Mall.

The events in Trafalgar Square to help answer a question from yesterday as to why I have seen groups of people walking around in shell suits with their national colours on, it seems that it is the World Triathalon event in Hyde Park this week and there are lots of events and stall in Trafalgar Square to mark the occasion.
