Annie and John.

This is my maternal great grandparents, Annie and John. Annie was born in 1862, and John in 1863. They had three children, two girls and a boy. My grandmother was the oldest, and the youngest, Joseph, died of Typhoid when 23 years old.
John drove this tram, known as the Ha-penny Lop, with 40 passengers, over the High Level Bridge, from Newcastle to Gateshead, and back.
John died in 1925, and Annie in 1935.
