First brambles.....

...in a pie!
Took Caley to Upper Inverroy today for a wee change of scene and once we set off I realised why I'd been subconsciously avoiding it. It was the last place I walked Bruce and boy did it hit me hard; good job you hardly ever meet anyone.
We did pick just enough brambles for a wee apple and bramble pie; they aren't all ripe yet so a return visit will definitely be required. It seemed to go down rather well for pudding!
