Tranquility

We were speaking to our daughter in New Zealand, on Skype this morning for so long that I missed my Pilates class!
Rain was forecast at 3pm but nevertheless we decided to go for a cycle ride. It involved cycling along an old railway track, under motorways and in the countryside, but I just love the sea, so that won!
We cycled just under 30 miles, (29.31 to be exact, I have a mileometer!!) and made it back well before the rain which didn't start until later.
