Bloom

I'm finding the sudden arrival of autumn quite depressing, but also that there's a choice involved: either get dragged down by the darker starts and gloomy days or try to find beauty and special moments in this period of change.

I've never been good at this time if year, and some familiar patterns are showing their faces. But it's a time of huge opportunity too, particularly with the first anniversary of my first week-long meditation retreat coming up very soon.
